LMS signs up Personal Touch Packaging

Personal Touch Packaging has become the first firm to sign up for LMS remortgaging service designed for packagers.

The service promises to transform remortgaging by being faster, cheaper and more efficient than even current electronic processes.

The LMS system also makes remortgaging easier and a better experience for clients through a number of features including automated documentation and personal contact.

LMS is one of the UKs leading providers of conveyancing, surveys and HIPs services to the lending and broking industries, and the company has developed the new system using its proven leading edge technologies in tandem with a complete re-think of the entire remortgaging procedure.

Rob Jupp, managing director of Personal Touch Packaging, says: We believe the new LMS remortgaging service is a quantum leap ahead of anything else on the market today and we are very pleased to be the first to offer it to clients.

It will give us a real advantage in a fiercely competitive market while at the same time providing our borrowers with a superior service.

The system is fully automated and takes seconds – rather than hours or even days – to process information, it collates data at the front end to speed procedures and pre-fills questionnaires to make the whole process easier for everyone involved.

It also enables queries to be highlighted and dealt with quickly over the telephone, and it keeps everyone updated so we and our clients can plan ahead for case completion.

“We will be looking to work with our lender partners to go to market with a number of exciting fees free rapid remortgages as well as offering our introducers a market beating additional income stream for conveyancing referrals.”

Dominic Toller, director of marketing and new business at LMS, adds: We are delighted to welcome Personal Touch Packaging as the first firm to sign up for the new LMS packager remortgaging system.

The system is truly revolutionary, not only in dramatically cutting time, costs and effort, but also in giving clients personal contact while also offering packagers the flexibility to provide fees free mortgage products through a number of different options.

Personal Touch Packaging has had the vision to see the future of remortgaging in the new LMS system and is the first in a number of major signings we expect to be making in the next few weeks.
