TMC makes it onto top 100 profit list

The Money Centre placed 38 in The Sunday Times’ latest national league table of the top 100 UK firms with the fastest growing profits.

It’s the first time the specialist buy-to-let brokerage has featured in the Profit Track 100, which analyses firms’ last three years of available audited accounts.

Lynsey Sweales, marketing and PR director of The Money Centre, says: “This is the first time we have appeared in the table and to go straight in to the top 50 is a testament to the company’s success.”

TMC employs 300 staff and scored a place in the table by achieving 67.73% annual profit growth over the last three years, securing £172m worth of business in March 2007, and just under £187m in March 2008.

Sweales adds: “Although we are not yet at the end of April early indications show that it has been another successful month.”
