Tiuta will be hosting two training sessions about bridging loans in Scotland on June 19, and June 20.
The sessions, to take place at Glasgow’s International Financial Services District, are designed to help brokers understand the mechanics of bridging finance.
Topics covered over the two-day event will include products, features, case studies and compliance and regulatory implications.
Gary Booth, director at Tiuta, says: “The feedback we have had from brokers about the seminars has been very positive. We are delighted to now be offering training sessions in Scotland.”
He says: “The training seminars are intended to help brokers who already recommend bridging finance and also those that will need to recommend it in the future as the property market changes.”
Due to demand, the bridging company is to extend its London schedule.
