ERC rated number one for equity release

Equity Release Club have been ranked number one out of 22 listed mortgage clubs offering equity release including Premier Mortgage Service, Legal & General, and The Mortgage Alliance.

Brokers were asked to score the clubs out of 10 for products, service, payments, support and software.

Only six months after its launch, Equity Release Club scored 9.4 overall, also beating their competitors in all other categories based on satisfaction ratings.

Stuart Wilson, from Equity Release Club, says: “Our members’ views are the most important ones that we hold real meaning to, and we hope to continue to delivering real value to our supporters.

“It doesn’t cost brokers to join, so we have to deliver or we fail, there really is no margin for complacency.”
