Em-commercial hires commercial team

Em-commercial has appointed commercial lending and administration specialists to underpin its commitment to the commercial lending arena.

The packager has brought in two bankers with more than 60 years experience in commercial lending and commercial administration experts to sharpen the firm’s processes.

Em- now offers development finance, cash flow funding, factoring products and 100% deals as part of its commercial range.

It also offers a best advice service tailored to individual broker needs.

Michael Nicholson, head of operations at em-, says: “Here at em- we see the current uncertainties in the commercial market as a great opportunity for our brokers and IFA’s.

“Although today’s market is extremely difficult we are still able to get the majority of our deals underwritten. Thanks to the support of our new commercial team we can see this as part of our ongoing success.”
