Connect adds C&G to panel

Connect Mortgage Group has added Cheltenham & Gloucester to its preferred panel.

Adrian Dunn, managing director at Connect, says C&G’s products linked with Connect’s service standards of an offer being produced within 15 days.

He adds: “This makes for a very powerful partnership. This is the first addition of many high street lenders to our panel.

“It seems that lenders finally understand the benefits that Connect can bring, not only to them but also the DA broker market, and are now welcoming our proposition with open arms.”

Dunn says brokers will be pleased to know that generic application has been approved by C&G, enabling them to access several high street lenders on one form.

These lenders include Abbey, Accord, Bristol & West, C&G, Chelsea, Halifax and Woolwich.

Brokers benefit from TMA link-up

The Mortgage Alliance has teamed up with Conveyancing Alliance Limited and Easier2Move to provide online conveyancing services to members. The partnership will enable brokers to earn referral fees of £150 from purchasing, selling and remortgaging deals.
