Mortgage Portfolio Services gets official authorisation

This applies to regulated mortgage contracts from 31 October 2004 and non-investment insurance contracts from January 15 2005.

 

Simon Chalk, principle of Mortgage Portfolio Services, says: “I&#39m obviously chuffed to get permission in advance. It shows that if there&#39s anyone out there who is wavering or concerned they should hang in there and not rush to the networks. It&#39s also a case for having applied early.”
