BM Solutions to launch KFI on October 10

From this date mortgage intermediaries will be able to access an accurate and guaranteed KFI directly from BM Solutions&#39 website. After October 31, a KFI will continue to be produced in the same way but will then also contain the Key Facts logo and the appropriate regulatory wording.

In a further move to help mortgage intermediaries, BM Solutions is launching a user guide. The guide will explain the circumstances that may arise in the run up to mortgage day and beyond, making sure that any changes are fully communicated and simple to follow.

Michael Bolton, director of mortgages at BM Solutions, says: “Our website is the source of compliant online services. These latest moves are designed to give our mortgage intermediaries time to become familiar with our KFI before October 31. Brokers can be confident that they are accessing an accurate and guaranteed KFI.

“Bmsolutions.co.uk was launched nearly two years ago. Yet again BM Solutions is ahead of the game and combined with our user guide, these actions will provide vital support for mortgage intermediaries.”
