BDS Mortgage Group adds Northern Rock to direct panel

This addition takes the total number of lenders and product providers available through BDS to 45. It is currently in discussions with many other lenders and will release information about additional relationships in the future.

Procuration fees and submission details are available upon request. BDS has now received its full authorisation notification from the FSA, confirming itwill be an approved body post-October 31 for mortgages and insurance. It is offering a full range of compliance options including: network, direct club and introducer only.

Phil Jay, managing director, says: “BDS is committed to offering a comprehensive and competitive lender panel and the addition of Northern Rock confirms this. It offers fantastic products and service and is certainly much requested by brokers using BDS. We are delighted to welcome it on board and will be promoting this relationship wherever possible.”
