Success at Expo for em-

Mortgage packager em-financial has reported the number of visitors to its two stands at the London Mortgage Expo has broken all known records for the company.

Em- has announced an increase of 235% on the number of new leads generated compared to last years exhibition and believes this increased interest is due to the combination of the new offering of free legals along with its hugely extended international lending arm.

The em-international stand within the international pavilion also saw a great deal of interest with its recently launched expanded country portfolio, with alot of enquiries about finance for properties in Florida and Dubai.

Roger Morris, managing director of em-, says: “As the key industry exhibition of the year we expected a high level of interest at the London Mortgage Expo, but the fantastic response we received was way above our expectations.

“The whole event was immensely enjoyable and we are all now looking forward to Expo 2007.”
