Personal Touch launches Platform tracker

Personal Touch Financial Services has launched of a self-cert two-year semi exclusive tracker funded by Platform, the intermediary lender of Britannia.

The tracker is available across three LTV bands up to 90% LTV and rates start from 5.50%, a free valuation applies and an arrangement fee of £599 can be added to the loan.

The launch of this new tracker compliments the existing Buy to Let 3 year tracker and self certification two-year fixed products already offered by Personal Touch on a semi-exclusive basis.

Dev Malle, director of mortgage distribution at Personal Touch, says:“Feedback from intermediaries continues to support the two year market, a self cert product up to 90% with rates starting from 5.50% is a welcome addition to the existing platform range of exclusives.

“No HLC, no ERC overhangs, a relatively low arrangement fee and a free valuation make this an even more competitive product range.”

Richard Beardshaw, Platform’s head of sales, says: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Personal Touch once again to bring these semi-exclusive products to market.

“The competitive attributes of this new product will compliment the existing deals we have launched with them and will prove extremely popular with their database of intermediaries. ”
