Interbay launches new website

Commercial mortgage lender InterBay has launched a new website for intermediaries.

Amongst other things the site provides an online application form for self-cert commercial mortgages.

Interbay says the application is much stronger than a ‘DIP’, instead it gives a cast iron decision to lend within 48 hours which is underwritten, credit checked and only subject to valuation and any stipulations.

The site also offers a marketing toolkit, registration for free commercial seminars, product information and much more.

Anna Bennett, head of marketing at InterBay says: “The new InterBay website has been designed to best support intermediaries with their self-cert commercial mortgage business.

“Whether they are new to commercial or a seasoned pro, they’ll find the site to be a useful resource.

“The tools that are now in place will help intermediaries grow their business and speed up commercial applications.  What’s more the on-line application form is unique in the commercial mortgage market.”

“Since InterBay’s UK launch in May this year, the business has gone from strength to strength, which is a real reflection of the appetite out there for commercial mortgages.

“Our eight years’ experience in the US has proven that providing a useful on-line resource for all intermediaries really helps them grow their commercial business.”
