The National Mortgage Helpline is seeking independent mortgage advisers interested in a consumer-facing lead generation proposition.
The new service provides mortgage advisers with leads to individuals interested in mortgage advice in specified postcode areas. The leads, generated through a 24-hour telephone helpline and the company's web site, www.national-mortgage-helpline.co.uk, are immediately forwarded to the appropriate adviser via email.
Mortgage advisers can choose the postcode areas from which they would like to receive leads. Intermediaries are not required to pay joining fees or agree minimum spend, instead paying for the leads received in the previous month.
The service was piloted for six months before launching last week.
Nigel Pritchard, marketing director of The National Mortgage Helpline, says: “The leads are exclusive to each adviser and we offer a 'no quibble' refund whereby our members do not have to pay for any invalid leads, or valid ones where the telephone number given is incorrect – unlike similar services.”
