Brokers offered free legal facility

The Guardian Group last week launched a free online legal service giving brokers access to a panel of lawyers who can act on behalf of their clients.

The Legal Issues service offers clients bespoke legal guidance and pays brokers a referral fee for introducing clients.

Mike Hibbert, managing director of Legal Issues, says: “This will give brokers the chance to revisit clients and provide them with a professional ancillary service in testing times.

“Clients’ personal circumstances can change daily and this could be an opportunity for new business and referrals.”
