The latest additions to Alliance & Leicester Intermediary Sales’ fixed rate range follow the launch last week of its range of fee-free three and four-year fixed rate remortgage and homebuyer deals, offering rates of 4.69% and 4.79% respectively and available up to 75% LTV.

Ricky Okey, managing director of Alliance & Leicester Intermediary Sales, says: “In today’s difficult economic climate, fixed rate mortgages are extremely popular with borrowers looking for peace of mind and we expect these intermediary exclusives to be popular with homebuyers and remortgages alike.
