There are plenty of sourcing systems to choose from

I read with interest your article regarding closing its Encore system and moving brokers to Mortgage Brain (Mortgage Strategy Online).

I’m sure that the DA brokers who used Encore will look for alternative systems rather than be pushed into using one solution.

Many alternatives are available to brokers, including our system which they can use for free.

Sourcing is evolving and brokers are embracing systems such as ours that show details of direct-only products, offer data from a range of markets and are online so they do not entail daily downloads.

More than 15,500 brokers are registered to use our system, with some 750 registering in the past two months alone.

Brokers don’t have to make the non-choice between Trigold and Mortgage Brain any more. There is real choice from firms with fresh ideas that are helping brokers cut costs and survive this market.
