C&G restructures current mortgage range tiers

Cheltenham & Gloucester is restructuring its current mortgage range, with reductions to its two tier thresholds.

From today mortgages will be grouped between £5,000 and £500,000 and £500,001 and £2m.

This will replace the current range of £5,000 and £999,999 and £1m and £1,999,999.

Jon Farley, intermediary sales director at C&G, says: “Our new structure brings us in line with our competitors so that we can continue to offer competitive rates across all customer groups and loan sizes.”

EEF/Jelf Employee Benefits Sickness Absence Survey 2015

EEF stated in its 2015 EEF Manifesto that the UK’s growth prospects depend on people being fit, working and productive. Keeping people in work and helping people return to work is very important for the manufacturing sector. It means boosting productivity by getting people back into work as early as is possible, as well as fostering workplace cultures and environments that proactively manage individuals’ health conditions so that all can benefit from lower sickness absence outcomes.
