Abbey launches broker exclusive at 3.59%

Abbey for Intermediaries is launching a two-year fixed rate broker exclusive at 3.59% to its key mortgage partners.

The product will be distributed to 21 of AfI’s key accounts, which the lender estimates will cover 90% of the broker market.

The product is available at 60% LTV for both purchase and remortgage, with a £1,995 booking fee.

Abbey is also introducing a two-year fixed rate deal at 3.89% at 60% LTV with a £995 booking fee.

This is available to all brokers and includes a maximum loan limit of £1m.

Adrian Whittaker, key accounts director at AfI, says: “Our goal at the moment is to continue to offer brokers accessible products at competitive rates while at the same time widening the offering within our range.”

Both products will be available from March 6.
