HML signs servicing contract with Fresh Mortgages

Homeloan Management Limited has signed a three-year servicing contract with Fresh Mortgages in the Republic of Ireland.

Fresh Mortgages is a newly-formed subsidiary of the Statefirst Group, funded by Credit Suisse.

HML will provide a full post-completion administration service for mortgages generated by Fresh via the intermediary market.

Paul Fenn, development director at HML, says: “The capture of Fresh really does reaffirm our strategic decision to establish a presence in Ireland.

“Our partnership with Fresh reflects our acknowledged expertise in Ireland and our reputation as the leading mortgage servicer on both sides of the Irish Sea.”

“This is HML’s fifth new contract of 2007, firmly steering us towards our ambitious target of £100bn worth of assets under management by 2011.

David Ryan, chief executive officer of the Statefirst Group, says: “We are delighted to be in partnership with the acknowledged leader in the field.

“We have very ambitious plans for growth and it is imperative our servicer is able to deliver quality service to match these aspirations.”
