The senior business sales management roles will involve expanding Evaluate’s business relationships and product development in the broker market.
The roles will also include generating partnerships with websites with high volumes of traffic.
Paul Fradgley, chief executive at Evaluate, says: “We have been buoyed by the response from brokers and distribution channels towards our online sourcing and application platform.
“But we are not taking our foot off the gas in looking to educate the market about the genuine incremental opportunities that can be generated with technology.”
He adds: “The expansion of our sales division illustrates the appetite of the market for a compelling online proposition which is paramount to survival in the modern mortgage market.”
