Bottoms up

Mole was intrigued to read last week that a beer named after US President Barack Obama is going down a storm in Kenya.

Diageo, the giant behind Smirnoff and Guinness, launched President following Obama’s inauguration last month and it’s selling like hot cakes.

The brew’s marketing slogan is ‘For those who know they can make a difference’.

This got Mole thinking of beers that could be named after our own beloved leaders. There’d be ‘Prime Minister – for those who have run out of ideas’, ‘Chancellor – for those who fail to see the obvious’ and the biggest seller, ‘Government – for those who don’t know their a**e from their elbow’. Mole reckons they’d be a big hit.
