Zurich freshens up mortgage network

Zurich Intermediary Group has taken a fresh look at its popular mortgage network proposition to ensure that the panel, software and service on offer remains one step ahead of current client demands.

A new, diverse panel of carefully selected lenders together with market leading exclusives, such as Bristol & Wests first start mortgage has been chosen to reflect every borrowing need, coupled with a range of refreshed benefits, highly competitive procuration fees and free access to mortgage sourcing software.

With the addition of 16 new lenders, the total now available through the mortgage network rises to 34 with over 70 exclusive schemes on offer, giving intermediaries access to the leading players in the mortgage market.

Kevin Pearce, director of distributor propositions at Zurich, says: “Our aim is to develop a truly integrated mortgage and protection proposition and we are now well on the way to delivering what the market demands.

“We recognise that our mortgage offering attracts a specific population and have modelled our panel, products and services to appeal to this audience.

“Our selection of partners has further broadened our ability to provide a range of appropriate lenders and create leading edge exclusives for intermediaries and their clients. We are confident that our mortgage proposition will provide an increasingly competitive option for IFAs.”
