Chess appoints MortgageStream

Chess Financial Services Limited, an appointed representative of Pink Home Loans, has selected MortgageStream case management software to support its business processes.

Following an exhaustive review of the various case management systems available in the market, Chess selected MortgageStream for its back office system, streamlining and simplifying the management of the entire sales process.

Bob Singh, director of Chess Financial Services says: “We use Trigold as our mortgage souring software and the integration that MortgageStream has with Trigold not only makes it easier for our advisers to migrate and import/export data but for our administration staff too.

“An array of Management data and functions make it easier to evaluate adviser performance and FSA Reports can be generated in minutes rather than weeks!

“The timesavings and improved efficiencies that MortgageStream provides mean that the system has already paid for itself. MortgageStreams web capabilities make it easier to expand and control my business remotely.

“I suggest any business that is looking to make the switch to seriously consider this great tool.”

Paul Holden, sales director at MortgageStream, says: “We are obviously delighted to have been selected by Chess.

“It is terrific that so many individual advisors and firms are selecting MortgageStream software to support their businesses with the most common reason quoted of ease of use.

“We work hard to ensure that the system is easy to navigate and intuitive and fundamentally supports an advisors sales process.

“Todays professional advisor recognises that the right case management software can not only improve their productivity but also remove much of the leg-work associated with complying with the new Financial Services Authority regulations.”
