Mortgages Direct becomes Spicerhaart Financial Services

Spicerhaart has rebranded its financial subsidiary Mortgages Direct to Spicerhaart Financial Services.

The renaming of the brand will bring the organisation in line with Spicerhaarts estate agency branches.

The financial arm will continue to operate within the 250 branches, adopting the individual branch name from each of the Spicerhaart brands: haart, Felicity J Lord, SpicerMcColl or Darlows.

Paul Smith, chief executive of Spicerhaart, says: The rebranding to Spicerhaart Financial Services is a positive move to provide a fully integrated service for each brand within the Spicerhaart group.

Spicerhaart Financial Services is currently investing in its services and operational systems and will be recruiting 30 more consultants in the first half of this year, as well as building on our acadamy programme.
