Linden Homes points to growth

The new homes market is exceptionally strong heading into spring, says Linden Homes.

In January and February this year, the house builder’s sales were 55% higher than in the same period last year. Almost 2,000 potential customers visited its developments, leading to 222 sales compared with 143 sales in the first two months of 2006.
