BUDGET 2007: Employers to get 2K for skills training

Gordon Brown has revealed that the government will offer employers 2,000 to train young people in basic skills.

The chancellor has set out plans to help young people learn the skills they need in industry by granting businesses this break for each employee. The government hopes this will help lower the rate of workers in industry with inadequate education.
