DB Mortgages increases sales team

DB Mortgages has appointed a further two business development managers within the sales and marketing department.

Neil Loader has been appointed divisional sales manager and will have responsibility for the northern division.

His remit will also include the North West region, which includes Merseyside, North Wales and parts of Cheshire. Loader spent over eight years at The Mortgage Business and has more than 25 years experience in the industry.

Paul Brookbank has been appointed Regional Manager for South Coast and will cover the south coast areas of Hampshire, Wiltshire and West Sussex. Brookbank spent the last three years at a local packager, BDS Mortgage Group, but has been in the industry for more than 10 years.

Mark Bergin, director of sales and marketing at DB Mortgages, says: “Neil and Paul both professionals in the intermediary mortgage market and bring with them a wealth of industry experience and knowledge.

The DB Mortgage pilot scheme started on 20 April 2006, and preparations are under way to move onto the next stage on the roll out to the full packager market on a phased basis.
