Rooftop Mortgages, MPC and Goldsmith Williams have joined forces to offer free standard valuation on all purchases and remortgages up to 500,000, and free standard legals on all remortgage applications up to 500,000.

The offer is available for all cases received by March 31 2006.

Eddie Goldsmith, senior partner at Goldsmith Williams, says: Goldsmith Williams is delighted to be the appointed conveyancing firm for this fees free packager deal where we will be acting on behalf of both the lender and the client, ensuring that everyones expectations are met.
