NGM seeks regional satellite packaging partners

Next Generation Mortgages has launched a major offensive to recruit 20 quality intermediaries capable of becoming the company&#39s first regional satellite packaging partners.

Cardiff-based NGM, a major partner to lenders such as igroup, SPML, TMB, Preferred Mortgages, First National, Mortgages PLC, Platform and Future Mortgages, is offering an attractive range of benefits and support services to those companies who join the satellite scheme.

These include an enhanced commission structure, with market-leading procuration fees paid by NGM to all satellites on cases that complete using products offered by igroup, SPML, TMB, Preferred Mortgages, First National, Mortgages PLC, Platform and Future Mortgages.

Remote underwriting for all intermediaries capable of delivering volume business, initially in excess of 20 cases per calendar month.

All satellite partners will be offered marketing support at a local and regional level. Typically this will include financial support for newspaper and magazine advertising, assistance with the production of newsletters and flyers and strategic help with any direct mail campaigns that are undertaken.

A white-labelled website will also be made available to all satellite partners after the successful completion of a three-month probationary period.

Ongoing business development support will be available, with NGM&#39s team of regional managers offering business development assistance so that all partners have the maximum opportunity to realise their potential.

Sian Markham, director of operations at NGM, says: “NGM knows that there are many intermediaries out there who are keen to make the progression to that of packager.

“The company is keen to facilitate this ambition, providing an intermediary is committed to delivering quality-based volume business.

“NGM is prepared to invest time and resources in those companies that express an interest in becoming a partner of the company, providing they meet the criteria for joining the satellite scheme.

“As an ambitious organisation, NGM has set itself some aggressive targets over the course of the next 12 months. The company has made a tremendous start to the year and its aspirations can receive a real shot in the arm if it&#39s successful in finding 20 organisations that share its vision and raison d&#39etre.”
