Dudley picks new head of lending

Steve Sandiford, who was previously mortgage product manager at OneSavings Bank, has joined Dudley Building Society as its new head of lending.

Prior to working at OneSavings Bank Sandiford worked at HBOS for 17 years, eventually taking on the role of head of specialist lending.

Dudley chief executive Jeremy Wood says: “To achieve our goals it is essential to fill key roles with the calibre of people to help me take the Society forward. Steve is one of those people. His track record in developing and bringing to market the kind of products that meet the needs of customers and their advisers is second to none.”

Sandiford says: “Dudley Building Society is a mutual lender with ambition to become an important part of the renaissance of UK mortgage lending. I am looking forward to helping Jeremy and my new colleagues develop both the products and the service structure to enable the society to reach its goals.”
