Edeus secures extra funding

Edeus has struck a funding deal with Deutsche Bank. Under the agreement, edeus will have access to £500m via a Deutsche Bank warehouse funding line. This arrangement is in addition to edeus’ existing facilities and will allow it to increase its liquidity.

He confirms that planning permission is in place and building regulations have been certified. However, there is no separate legal title for each unit.
