Promotions group to work with FSA

The Financial Promotions Action Group intends to work with the FSA towards a market-based solution to the regulation of product marketing.

FPAG held its inaugural meeting recently, attended by firms from a cross-section of financial services. Chris Atkinson, manager of strategy and communications in the financial promotions department at the FSA, says the FSA’s “doors are open” to representations.
