Positive response from Commercial Mortgage Packager’s seminar

Commercial Mortgage Packager, the Essex based commercial mortgage packager has reported a good turnout for its first commercial mortgage seminar of 2008.

The event was held at the Radisson Hotel at Stansted to specially invited intermediaries and the event was oversubscribed.

Michael Magee, director of CMP, says: “We had over 40 guests and because of the fantastic turnout only just squeezed everyone in.”

The event which was sponsored by three lenders, Business Lending, Base and Barclays. It provided an opportunity for intermediaries to hear about CMP’s commercial services and hear first hand from lenders who cover different market niches within the commercial market.

Kevin Cooke, sales and marketing director at Business Lending, says: “The calibre of intermediary was very high and there is a definite sense that intermediaries are recognising the importance of looking at new market niches to expand into. CMP is one of our biggest supporting packagers and we look forward to supporting them at the other seminars they have planned. “
