Which? launches online PPI complaints tool

Which? is launching an online Payment Protection Insurance complaints tool, making it quicker and easier for people to claim back mis-sold PPI.

It says all people need to do is go to its website, select their provider from a drop down menu, fill in their contact and PPI details and answer some simple questions about why their policy was mis-sold.

Its tool then creates an email that can then be sent directly to the provider or a letter that can be printed off and posted.

Since the late 1990s, Which? has been calling for changes to the PPI market.
