Sesame teams up with RBS Intermediary Partners

Sesame and RBS Intermediary Partners are offering an exclusive fixed rate residential mortgage product.

The product is available through the Sesame Network for remortgage customers only.

The product includes a fixed rate of 3.79% for two years, 75% loan to value, and arrangement fee of £999, a minimum / maximum loan size £10,000 to £500,000 and early repayment charge of 2% in year one and 1% in year two.

Helen O’Donovan, head of products and communications at Sesame, says: “We are delighted that RBS has partnered with Sesame in offering this extremely attractive re-mortgage product to our network members. The fact that this goes up to 75% LTV makes it extremely attractive for clients looking to secure a competitive fixed rate of under 4%. It is great to see RBS showing their support for the intermediary market through Sesame with this new exclusive deal.”

Steve Carruthers, head of corporate accounts, RBS Intermediary Partners, says: “We have been working closely with Sesame to develop products that are right for their advisers and their clients. I am delighted that we have been able to launch this deal as it demonstrates our commitment to the intermediary sector and recognises the benefit of taking a collaborative approach with our business partners.”
