European Financial Solutions continues Nordic expansion

Financial services group, European Financial Solutions, has continued its European expansion with the launch of its fourth Nordic business.

The new business in Finland, based in Helsinki, is the latest step in the group’s Nordic expansion. European Financial Solutions already has existing businesses in Norway, Denmark and Sweden.

Tony Machin, chief executive at European Financial Solutions, says: “We are delighted to launch our loan brokerage business in Finland. We are confident that the Nordic region can continue to offer us real growth potential and believe that our new business in Finland can be as successful as our other Nordic businesses.

“Our strategy of European expansion has already proven beneficial and with the current economic uncertainty in a number of countries we believe it is even more important that we continue to look for opportunities that will enable us to continue to grow in the future.”

European Financial Solutions is a pan-European financial services group with a number of businesses in Europe including Freedom Finance Plc in the UK which is a leading finance broker in personal loans to homeowners and mortgages. Last year the Group brokered loans and mortgages to the value of £5.5bn.
