Broker document service unveiled

A Lancashire-based compliance firm has launched a service where-by brokers can buy compliance manuals and supporting documents on a one-off basis.

Ecompli, which offers compliance support to mortgage, general insurance and claims management firms, says its service could even benefit firms that have inhouse compliance departments but do not have the time or experience to write certain compliance manuals or documents.

Suzanne Gibson, managing di-rector of Ecompli, says: “Although we prefer to offer our customers a full support service which involves us completing compliance visits and offering companies ongoing support, we appreciate that some firms just require particular manuals or templates. Our new service offers this.”
