Infinity appoints new head of operations

Infinity Mortgages has app-ointed Lorraine Wadhams as head of operations.

Wadhams joins from Barclays, where she was originally part of Global Home Loans.

At GHL, Wadhams held the position of senior operations manager from 1993 to late 2006, most recently taking responsibility for the management of its Chelmsford site.

One of her first tasks will be to get staff incentive scheme Infinity Re-wards Points up and running.

The scheme, run in partnership with lastminute.com, awards points to credit and operational staff with the highest levels of customer service.

Wadhams says: “I’m delighted to be joining Infinity. Service to intermediaries is vital to our success and I will be immediately putting in place the re-wards scheme to motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.”
