Prestbury set to transfer all ARs to PTFS

Prestbury Holdings has revealed it will move forward with the transfer of all appointed representatives to Personal Touch Financial Services.

Prestbury and Personal Touch’s solicitors are currently drawing up the necessary contracts with Prestbury intending to to facilitate the transition in conjunction with the Financial Services Authority at the earliest opportunity.

A letter from Lee Birkett, chief executive of Prestbury, says: “At a time of great uncertainty and stress for all, we feel that this transfer is a very positive move brokers and clients and I look forward to positive daily communication of what happens next.”
