Advantage appoints sales manager for Midlands

Advantage has appointed Nick Parker as regional sales manager for the Midlands region.

Parker will be responsible for building relationships with mortgage intermediaries and achieving sales targets in the Midlands.

Prior to joining Advantage, Parker was an area sales manager at Mortgages PLC and a mortgage consultant at Countrywide. He has also held various roles at Britannia Building Society, including branch manager and project implementation manager.

Peter Bass, sales director of Advantage, says: I am delighted that Nick has joined Advantage. It is our stated desire to have an Advantage presence in every major region so that our commitment is understood by intermediaries and our product ranges including Flexishare, the Advantage HomeBuy Home Ownership Plan and our sub-prime range are fully recognised.
