Your Move moves to Mortgage Brain

Your Move, the UKs fourth largest estate agency, has moved all of its 200+ advisors to Mortgage Brains broker system and Mortgage Trading Exchange.

Mortgage Brain says Your Move chose it because for it, the system offers the best point-of-sale and compliance solution from initial enquiry, through fact find, mortgage selection and KFI production.

Mark Lofthouse, CEO of Mortgage Brain, says: “Your Move is a highly respected, professional estate agency and we are understandably delighted it has exclusively selected Mortgage Brain and Mortgage Trading Exchange to support its mortgage advice business and we look forward to working together for many years to come.”

Jon Round, Your Move relationship director, adds: “The decision to move was not taken lightly, we thoroughly reviewed and evaluated Mortgage Brain and Mortgage Trading Exchange against our current systems.

“We were particularly impressed with the steps undertaken to ensure KFI accuracy and the start to finish compliance solution.

“The efficient electronic trading capability offered by the Mortgage Trading Exchange was also a key factor in our decision, as was their technical, training and account support.

“The importance of providing our advisers with the best technology solutions available cannot be underestimated, and this is why we have selected Mortgage Brain as one of our key strategic long-term business partners.”

A specific white label version of Mortgage Brain has been set up to meet the needs of Your Move.

Configuration options included are a range of Initial Disclosure Documents, a Your Move specific factfind and lender panel set up, together with a comprehensive range of client documentation including reasons for recommendation letters, Key Facts Illustrations and remortgage reports to name but a few.

Through the Mortgage Trading Exchange, Your Moves mortgage advisers will also benefit from a faster and more efficient mortgage application process, it says.

By using the platform, users can electronically complete and submit KFIs and full applications, and for AIPs, receive a decision in under a minute from lenders accounting for around 70% of all mortgage sold in the UK.
