Mortgage 2000’s sourcing system Encore has been linked with MortgageStream.This development will allow users to import and export client and lender data plus documents including Key Facts Illustrations and fact-finds to and from MortgageStream. MortgageStream is the first of several back office systems to be integrated with Encore over the coming months as a result of requests from subscribers. It has developed a version of its software customised for Encore users and offers a range of time saving features. Sean Hornsby, managing director of Mortgage 2000, says: “This link simplifies business processes and boosts efficiency by removing the need to re-key data into different systems. “Existing Encore users can use MortgageStream to deliver an integrated solution to their customers. They can use the call recording, SMS text and email update facilities to clarify the audit trail.”
