Sesame has announced details of a mortgage and protection proposition for directly regulated advisers with a menu of flexible services to choose from.

The proposition includes low fixed-fee pricing with no deductions from procuration fees or commission rates and a choice of protection solutions with either a whole of market option (protection market) or a panel of twelve insurers offering market leading commission levels (protection select).

Online compliance assistance including guidance on FSA rules, training and competence plans, sample procedures and documentation as well as comprehensive face-to-face compliance visits post-regulation are also offered.

Martin Davis, commercial director of Sesame, says: “Our flexible menu-based approach will help directly-regulated advisers adapt their business to mortgage and pure protection regulation by choosing the services and support they need. Our low fixed-fees and ability to negotiate the best procuration fees and commission rates in the open market, with no deductions, means we can offer a compelling proposition for financial advisers representing excellent value for money.”
