Delivering Customer Focused Change key to TCF

Delivering Customer Focused Change will be the theme for the next Treating Customers Fairly masterclass.

The final programme has been developed to look at the key issues surrounding the delivery of treating customers fairly and the changes in culture and behaviour that this demands.

This will be the second TCF masterclass to be given by the ifs School of Finance and the session will cover the key principles in delivering customer focused change, accelerating the creation of the customer-oriented culture and tools and approaches that can be applied to deliver sustainable changes in behaviour.

Mark Roberts, head of faculty financial regulation at the ifs, says: Treating Customers Fairly is more than a box-ticking exercise. This masterclass is about developing effective strategies to embed TCF at all levels within the organisation.

The Masterclass will take place on Thursday 7 September 2006.
