TMA links up with conveyancing firms

The Mortgage Alliance has teamed up with two conveyancing partners to offer members competitive online conveyancing services.

TMA has linked up with CAL and Easier2Move in order to increase its members’ choice by offering comprehensive deals for clients who are purchasing, selling or remortgaging.

Both propositions offer a broker commission of £150 per case as standard but also offer the ability to use this fee flexibly, as members can choose to pass on any part of the commission, if applicable, to best suit clients’ needs to get a cheaper conveyancing quote.

CAL provides members with instant access to a panel of specialist conveyancing firms online.

With no annual subscription fees, this service offers members a way to develop a new income stream.

Easier2Move provides members with free access to its top 12 nationwide panel of solicitors.

There is no upfront registration required, members will receive a call and be registered once they have submitted their first case.

Phil Whitehouse, head of TMA, says: “We are delighted to be in a position to add CAL and Easier2Move to our limited conveyancing panel as they both offer strong propositions within their field.”

Harpal Singh, managing director of CAL, says: “We are extremely pleased to have been selected as one of TMA’s conveyancing partners.

“Today, more than ever, mortgage advisers need to maximise all income streams – including conveyancing. But to do so they need an easily accessible, competitive and reliable service. Our solicitors focus on the needs of our intermediaries, and our online platform has also been built with them in mind.”

Karen Babington, sales and marketing director for Easier2Move, says: “At E2M, we pride ourselves on the quality of our service which we believe will fit perfectly with TMA’s commitment to their clients.”
