TMA adds conveyancing partners

The Mortgage Alliance has teamed up with CAL and Easier2Move to offer its members competitive and flexible online conveyancing services.

TMA has linked with CAL and Easier2Move in order to increase its member’s choice by offering comprehensive deals for clients who are purchasing, selling or remortgaging.

Both propositions offer a very competitive broker commission of £150 per case as standard but also offer the additional ability to use this fee flexibly as members can choose to pass on any part of the commission, if applicable, to best suit their clients needs to get an even cheaper conveyancing quote.

CAL provides members with instant access to a panel of top quality specialist conveyancing firms through an easy to use online system. With no annual subscription fees, this service offers members a way to develop a new income stream with ease.

Easier2Move provides members with free access to its top 12 nationwide panel of solicitors who have been hand selected due to their pro-activeness, professionalism and expertise within the conveyancing market. There is no upfront registration required, members will simply receive a call and be registered once they have submitted their first case.

It is simple to register with both firms and then once registered members have easy access through TMA to quote and instruct.
