Promise Homepacks launches website

Promise Homepacks has launched a website for consumers and estate agents that features a new pricing matrix.

The site features online deferred payment plans, case tracking and a simplified process for ordering a Home Information Pack.

Darren Beech, managing director of Promise, says: “We are fortunate that our entire IT proposition has been developed inhouse, which not only keeps our costs low but allows us to be totally flexible.

“We are now white labelling our website for many partners, including other HIP providers, and are adding functionality to allow estate agents to order floor plans and inventories online.”

He adds: “The Promise platform fully integrates with printers, energy performance certificate providers, search providers and the providers of a deferred payment facility.”

This launch sees Promise form strategic alliances with 11 other pack providers.

Promise says this is the first of a packet of developments being released in the coming weeks.
