Mortgages.co.uk teams up with KRS

Mortgages.co.uk has linked up with Key Retirement Solutions to help pensioners looking to take out equity release plans.

Enquiries for lifetime or home reversion deals fielded by Mortgages. co.uk will be forwarded to KRS, which will contact applicants to offer advice.

The consumer finance website has generated a large number of enquiries from consumers looking to explore equity release.

It says it was vital that it partnered a firm that could deal with the enquiries and service them to a high standard.

Kevin Friend, strategic partnerships director at Mortgages.co.uk, says: “Recent research from the Council of Mortgage Lenders shows that consumer de- mand for equity release is expected to grow significantly.

“KRS is a leading provider in the sector and this partnership is important to our strategy.”

KRS has been working with Mortgages.co.uk to ensure leads are high quality and says the partnership is generating a great deal of interest among consumers.

Dean Mirfin, business development director at KRS, says: “The link-up is a reflection of Mortgages.co.uk’s commitment to be an expert provider of advice rather than simply a lead generator.”
