Goldsmith Williams replaces Dring

Goldsmith Williams has appointed Andy Milburn, formerly of Royal Liver, to replace Alan Dring as head of marketing.

Milburn, previously IFA marketing manager at Royal Liver, will report to Eddie Goldsmith, senior partner at Goldsmith Williams, and is charged with developing and implementing a marketing strategy for the firm.

Goldsmith says: “I’m delighted to welcome Milburn to Goldsmith Williams. He has an impressive track record and is ideally qualified to help us position Goldsmith Williams as the number one legal brand in the intermediary mortgage market.

“We have some exciting and ambitious plans for the year and Milburn will have an important part to play in turning our vision into reality.”

Milburn adds: “The opportunity to join one of the UK’s most progressive legal firms was too good to miss. Goldsmith Williams has a strong brand which is based on the provision of high quality service, the development of cutting edge legal technology and a detailed understanding of the markets in which it operates.

“My challenge is to help the firm strengthen and extend its brand into new markets.”
