Free leads on Mortgage Next’s packaged business

Mortgage Next is offering brokers a free mortgage lead for every mortgage case which is put through its packaging department.

The scheme applies to all packaged business and will work on the basis of one free sub-prime lead being credited on completion, which will then be issued in bundles of five leads, to intermediaries, by Leadbay. Leadbay will issue a promotional code to brokers to enable them to claim their free leads once they have reached five, the leads must be claimed within seven calendar days.

Gemma Harle, managing director at Mortgage Next, says: At Mortgage Next we are doing everything possible to help brokers generate more business in a tougher mortgage market and this incentive rewards brokers for business placed with other new business opportunities.

Simon Baker, commercial manager at Leadbay, says, Leadbay is committed to helping brokers both through this valuable Mortgage Next offer and by providing leads with higher deposits, so that brokers have the best opportunity to convert the leads to business.

This incentive follows the recent announcement by Mortgage Next Packaging that it has significantly enhanced its online DIP and application service in order to guarantee a faster, more accurate and detailed response to broker enquiries.
